Chip Booth - I've known Chip for years, since the old Grateful Dead cover band days. Now he's a bluegrass maniac, playing mandolin, guitar, banjo and any other instrument he can find.

Trey Anastasio - Whether he's playing with Phish (alas, no more), solo or with Dave & Friends, Trey's still the best guitar player I've ever heard in person
Fran Guidry - Fran is a friend of mine who plays a mean Hawaiian slack key guitar and bakes in his spare time
Jim Tozier -  Jim's not only a great fingerpicker, he's also a teacher, one of the noblest professions of all
Moke Golay - Mike's a great guitar player and an all around entertainer to boot!
Tommy Emmanuel - please…it's Tommy E!
Jorma Kaukonen - Jorma runs the Fur Peace Ranch and is still one of the great fingerstop blues players of all time
Ace Batacan - Ace is a wonderful fingerstyle player and continues to amaze me

Ray Lamontagne - Ray is going to end up being one of the great songwriters of our time
Public Radio Band - Chip Booth is one of the most versatile stringed instrument players I know. His band is based in Idaho and is worth checking out any time you're up in Sun Valley
